CHECK-IN: 2PM and CHECK-OUT: 12PM
Early check-in/late check-out available for a fee. No refunds given 1 hour following check-in or for early departure, unless required due to mandatory evacuation.
Site numbers are not guaranteed.
QUIET HOURS: 10PM-7AM
Please respect neighbors by limiting noise during this time.
POOL HOURS: 9AM - 9PM
NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Do not burn anything other than wood and DO NOT leave fire unattended.
Please dispose of all trash in the dumpsters provided.
There will be a $25.00 fee for any trash left on site after departure.
7MPH and strictly enforced.
Only 2 vehicles are per site. Additional vehicles must request a Parking Pass from the office and park in designated overflow areas. DO NOT park on the grass.
Are permitted. Must be at least 16 years or older and a licensed driver.
Are permitted. Must be in the short-term storage area during your stay for a fee. Please register in the office.
We do not accept tents, pop-up campers, truck campers, conversions, horse trailers, and any recreational vehicles that are more than 15 years old. If you arrive with an RV outside of our guidelines, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation upon arrival.
Some exceptions may be made to the 15 year restriction by emailing us current photos of your RV for management approval.
NOT PERMITTED ON SITE:
Tents, free-standing canopies, clotheslines, refrigerators/appliances outside of RV, excessive clutter, auto repairs, improper dumping of wastewater, fireworks, firearms. Do not place rugs on grassy areas. Smoking is not permitted in common areas. Storage trailers & tow dollies must be placed in designated areas, not on site.
NOTE: You are responsible for actions of your party, including visitors and children.
Guests will be asked to leave for intoxication, rowdy behavior, or using profanity or drugs.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult after dark.
Rates include up to 4 guests. Additional guests require a fee and must register in the office.
